    Welcome to Loom and Margaux. Thank you for being here. By browsing or purchasing from our website, you’re agreeing to the Terms and Conditions below. We’ve made them as clear and friendly as possible so you know exactly what to expect.

    1. About Loom and Margaux

    We are a small Philippine-based studio creating handmade leather journals and accessories. Every piece is thoughtfully crafted, and we appreciate your support for slow, intentional craftsmanship. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

    2. Products and Descriptions

    We do our best to show each product accurately. Please note that slight variations may happen because everything is handmade, leather naturally varies in grain and markings. Colors may look different depending on your screen

    3. Pricing and Payments

    All prices are in PHP and may change without prior notice. We accept payments through credit cards and other payment methods shown during checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected method.

    4. Orders and Order Acceptance

    After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This means we received your order, but final acceptance will depend on product availability. successful payment, verification of order details, Accuracy of product information. If an order needs to be canceled, we’ll notify you and issue a refund.

    5. Shipping and Delivery

    Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
    Production: 2 to 3 weeks
    Shipping: 3 to 5 business days (depending on location). Shipping fees will appear at checkout. We aim to ship on time, but delays caused by couriers or unforeseen events are beyond our control. Please make sure your delivery details are accurate to avoid issues. 

    We ship worldwide. If your country isn’t listed, please reach out via the chat box or Instagram so we can assist you with a shipping quote.

    6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

    Because our products are handmade or made-to-order, we can only accept returns or exchanges for wrong item received, defective or damaged items/ conditions. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Requests will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

    7. Product Care and Usage

    To ensure long life, please use the products as intended. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, storage, or usage.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website — including photos, designs, text, and logos — is the property of Loom and Margaux. Please do not use or reproduce anything without permission.

    9. Privacy Policy

    We collect your name, contact details, and shipping information to process your order and provide support.We do not sell your information. We only share data with payment processors and couriers when necessary.You may contact us anytime to update or request removal of your personal information.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    Loom and Margaux is not responsible for Indirect or consequential damages
    Losses or delays caused by couriers, damage resulting from misuse of the product. Use of our website and products is at your own discretion.

    Pocket: 15 x 27.5 cm
    B6: 18.5 x 35 cm
    A5: 21.5 x 38 cm
    Each cover is designed to fit standard notebook sizes and anything smaller.

    Fits standard Pocket notebooks up to 9 x 14 cm
    Also fits slimmer or thinner inserts below this size)

    Fits B6 ISO size 12.5 x 17.6 cm
    Also fits smaller personal size notebooks and slim inserts

    Fits A5 ISO size 14.8 x 21 cm

    Fit Notes
    - Designed to fit standard refillable notebook inserts.
    - The spine features two columns, each secured through four metal grommets. This structure supports up to 4 inserts by default. You may add an optional third elastic column to increase capacity up to 6 inserts.
    - Thick notebooks may create a snug fit.

    The Leather

    We use premium vegetable tanned Italian leather certified by the Pelle al Vegetale Consortium. Durable and full of character, it develops a warm, personalized patina over time.

    Product Sustainability

    Our leather is sustainably tanned using natural plant-based materials and hand-stitched with care, reducing environmental impact while ensuring durability and lasting character.
    We craft our products thoughtfully, producing only what’s needed to reduce waste. Occasionally, this means a favorite item may be temporarily unavailable. Thank you for supporting mindful and responsible production.

    Processing & Shipping

    Due to the nature of handcrafted, made-to-order products, each journal is carefully crafted and inspected by hand, which requires time. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing before shipping.
    We do not accept cancellations once production has begun, but if you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
